Neil Hogan: Kit kat 4.4.4 Set up on my car android head unit. So far it works well. If it performs as i hope i will pay the money. I think app makers need to start thinking more about putting in settings for car units. This looks great on my screen. will up rate if it performs.

Ivanel Petrenkov: Won't recognise the SD card Wonderful app but won't recognise the SD card and write to it on Android 6.0.1, which makes it useless.

Dominic Mahon: Does the job Decision to make it cripple wear after 100 uses is a step backwards..

Kamarul Azlan: Cant Run Once installed it crash in instant and cant run at all

Rifki Setyadji: Error Code: 1 Blackbox initialization always failed

A. Naza: Work well on Note 4 Duos android 5.0.1

Boris Mekhannikov: OK No Portrait. No background.

Motrhead0901: Best dash cam app I have tried pretty much all the other dash cam apps and this is by far the best one. Works great. Doesn't slow down my phone and doesn't freeze. Great app.

Dan Qing: LG OPTIMUS G - Works great. This is the best blackbox / dash cam on Google play period. I've tried many dash cam apps and this is by far the best. There is no comparison, everything else is second best compared to this.

smartblue Wong: Good to have full feature for 100 time and reinstall still get full feature The pay version does support higher resolution but lacking auto exposure while recording. It could be nice feature while driving during sunset or sunr aise time . Update . Still using with S2, recording at 1280x720 . Without auto exposure is ok as long as exposure adjustment on screen. With latest version . I UPGRADE THIS FROM 3 TO 5 STARS. and I am reconsidering to get a full version to support this app again.

Iwty I Will Tell You: Not sure I only tried this for a few minutes but screen flickers. I won't say it's the app and not my phone but no other dash cam app has acted this way. Didn't try long enough to check out options etc.

brendon vdm: Pathetic The worst dashcam I have ever used... Absolutely apauled at how unuserfriendly this app is... I open the app and it goes straight to the camera? How the hell do I view my stats cu the back button does not work? Pathetic

Kev Louie: The best dash cam. Works fine on Nexus 5. Sony Z2 , LG.Optimus G. This is the best dashcam on android. For best results, use it with an extra cell phone instead of your regular cell phone because your battery life will most definitely be affected as is recording a video. The other way around it is to connect it to a charger as you driving.

Jerry R: CaroO is in strong contention with RoadRecorder as best dashcam app. CaroO lacks Google Earth support and PC playback (Win7 up). Please consider adding these two features: 1) External webcam support; 2) GPS route export to KML or GPX. Those additions will make your Pro version well worth the money and THE webcam dash app to own.

FRANCESCO FOLEGNANI: Connectivity issues I purchased the pro version because this version was great but the pro version will not connect to obd scanner.but the same scanner works perfect with the free version.please fix it

Bing Surjawan: Great app, even free version works in background On my older dual core phone, app hv upside down video playback. Have tried most of the features and they work as it should be. Even in the background. Only one minor issue, app setting only show internal memory to safe the videos although it actually save on SD. The video replay can show captured driving video with a moving position map on its side. A must have app if you use your same phone for navigation. Over all its a great app.

Rick Mac Gillis: Navigation? You have lots of features, though you don't have a navigation system or a way to record the OBD 2 data as a black box. I need to open a secondary app for my GPS, and that hides all of the info this app has to offer. Plus I can't record that info either. I was really hoping to use this app, too.

Beatrice Gatta: Why does it say that the pro version is incompatible with all of my devices? I want to become a beta tester, is it possible only with the paid app?

Adrian Foley: Been using this app for a couple of days. I tried the other dash cams rated at 4.1 but this one is by far the best Big thank you to the developers

Shawn Haggard: Video upsidedown in nexus 5x App still has not been updated for nexus 5x. Video is upside down.

Yang ChengFu: Heating my phone It makes my phone so hot that my phone gets reboot, if it did not restart my phone all the time, it could be a good application.

Kerel Smith: Great app Love this app I just got to get the obm ll doggle

Evan Ewalt: Wish it would show the obd info on the video after I copy it to my computer

Rob Carter: Great app Awesome but it will ask you to rate it before you can really try it out.

Derick Eksteen: Simply does what i need it to do, and does it well.

John Humphreys: Brilliant. Awesome.

joe stover: Video issues on note4 verizon Testing the free version, ran a demo video from my couch and the video is all scrambled. Im using a stock android samsung galaxy note 4 from verizon. Not sure what to do. A few reviews indicated this dvr app was top of the line. Anyone else having issues like this? I have really nice horizontal lines of many colors. :) Are there any fixes? Or should i reinstall?? **** UPDATE**** The video turned out ok if i selected to use the default phone video recorder, vs the one with caroO.

Sky Tripp-Schaefer: Pretty good This app works as designed it hasn't been updated in awhile and the maximum length of video is only 10 minutes which is sort of stupid if you have a 64 gb card... Give me 2 or 3 hours continuous but still it really well

Jason G: Overlay Is it possible to overlay all the data onto the video , ie gps as well as odb data so that its visible when playing back the video say on a pc. Currently all I am getting is speed and date and time when using vlc player.

Brett Williams: Probably the most efficient & thorough This has got to be the best ELM 327 compatible app. You can keep track of everything about the way your car runs with this app: speedometer, "check engine" diagnosis, etc. I tried all of the best apps and this one has the most features including a video to help in case of an accident. The only thing you need another app for is to clear the "check engine" light.

Chris Denison: As advertised So it definitely does what it promises... but I have a couple issues. The free versions only allows you to record up to 720p. Not huge as I am a city driver but it would help to have higher resolution when you are on the highway or are keeping your distance from cars in front of you. Another issue for me is the auto emergency video. Clever for sure but practical I would not say so. If you hit a bump that is anything more than a manhole cover it chimes and records an extra vid. Good things are abundant.

christopher schmiedl: Haven't got a chance to use it yet Looks like a cool app. Have only been able to set it up tring to utilize it will update when I get to use it. Only came here cause either asks to rate right off the bat appon start. You should really put a timer or a after 10 to 20 starts have it begin to badger the user.

Steve Florkey: Helpful information The eco-driving display helps me stretch a tank of gas as far as possible. The additional information about the engine is nice to know. The dashcam feature may save me expensive legal problems. I'm upgrading to Pro this week.

This is Him: S2 Brilliant nothing less. used it for 5 half hours to Cornwall works a treat. IN SETTINGS I set video for 10min segmants for easy management. 32gig card made new folder called caro for storage. anyone having trouble IT'S YOU not setting up correctly or the OS on your device having a tantram. Got to get pro.

Vidyadhar Navale: Gets extremely hot I understand video recording can use CPU and make the phone hot but this one makes it much hotter than other similar apps. Another drawback is the videos are stored in separate sub folders which i feel makes it navigating through them more cumbersome. If they fix these issues then it would be a great app.

Donald D: Works like charm as a dashcam Been using this for a few days hv to say it works as it should. Dsnt get in my way. Only problem is you have to set it up to record. Would think it wld start recording as soon as you install it. Hvnt used the OBD monitor though

farhad salami: Ok I test some like this software but this is to this time was beter in lo speed devices. No conflict with background programs such as navigations . I test more it and i inform you .

Larry Gonzales: Love the idea, but HTC M9. Quits recording after about 10 minutes and screen freezes. I would consider purchasing App if issue is corrected.

Kyle Nakamura: Seems ok for the price.... FREE!!! Going to test it out for a while and then decide whether or not to buy the pro version. I still haven't figured out why there is a black rectangle on the screen while recording when the car is stopped. It goes away when the car is moving and replaces it with the speedometer. If I decide to go pro, I may consider buying the Bluetooth OBDII adapter so I can get more detailed vitals for my car.

Tim Meyering: Pretty good I like it, could use some improvements, like choosing the destination folder for videos (or syncing with Google Drive or Dropbox). Also would be nice to have resume/pause/accident buttons in the drop down notification menu or on the shortcut button.
