Even after raising and escalating the complaint to the nodal level no respite. Not even a call back despite leaving innumerable msjs on the IVR as the helpline is never helpful when you want to talk to the relationship manager or the customer care executive . No doubt with such a kind of service there are so many irate customers trying to reach them.<br /><br />
